FIXERLY and it’s ‘MIDDLEMAN‘ franchise network likes all sizes of jobs and even LOVE the smaller jobs that no on other property service companies want; these tend to be BIGGER profit £ so we certainly take these on. You will not be doing the work yourself, only overseeing / managing the process where you can generate healthy margins ££ on each job. Small property insurance claims can achieve attractive profits as well as small commercial jobs.
Who does the repairs/work?
As a FIXERLY franchisee, you will use a combination of handymen and 1 off trade specific people to carry out the work. Some of our Fixerly network members over time have employed a handyman either full/part time as they expand their local businesses. At the start of your franchise, you can opt for a more flexible hourly basis to hire a handyman or on a discounted day rate

On-Boarding by the Founding Director Included
Most MIDDLEMEN (women), simply work from home with zero overheads. They get to choose to either make a quick visit to look at NICE jobs when they come in, or can ask the customer for pictures to be emailed across so they can look at the needed work without the need to ever travel to look at the potential job.
As a Middleman, you DON’T particularly need a vehicle as the handymen or tradespeople you pass / subcontract work to will have their own, they may even get / use a magnetic vehicle sign with your contact details on it when they do your jobs!
Providing estimates is so easy
Your clients can either email you pictures or you can visit site to look at the needed work. Simply send some images to your handyman or potential contractor and obtain their lowest price.
Download from your Fixerly portal one of your very easy to use 'Estimate templates' and within minutes create a very easy but professional looking document. The clever part is that you know now in advance the correct words to use + you know the contractors end price. You would then add + your healthy profit margin %£ on top and forward to your client then wait for the job authorization.
Adding coloured images of the required work will certainly make your estimates SHINE and stand out for your clients, which in turn, greatly assists receiving more authorisations.

Your subcontractors or handyman can provide you with a price or needed number of work days prior to you providing your increased typed and branded estimate ££ to your client. There are several ways to price jobs until you gain a bit of experience, so we recommend the following:

You can offer all services or as you choose to your clients. Your customers would see you using our company’s trademarked brand. They would not be any wiser that you actually subcontract lots of the work out (normal practice in the industry). Your clients would always pay YOU / your franchise business. For example ‘ad services – t/a FIXERLY’, they would pay you ‘ad services’.
Your clients can simply email you pictures of small insurance claims repair damage or even private work. On the bigger jobs £, you may want to take your own pictures and introduce yourself to impress! Your handyman or self employed contractors can use magnetic on / off signs on vehicles on your jobs, promoting your business.
We STRONGLY recommend that you capitalise on using a skilled handyman to do as much of your work as possible as this is always the most cost effective / profitable way to get work carried out.
