Our Structure

 FiXerly ‘Middlemen’ are independent which means they own and operate their business under the Fixerly license agreement. This business arrangement allows for each franchisee to prioritise their own job’s, diaries, profit margins £% and truly be in charge of each job from start to finish.

Fixed Prices

Both domestic and commercial clients receive a ‘fixed price’ in writing upon the start of each project. When potential clients realise that the Fixerlyprofessional MANAGED SERVICE is all built into each local franchisee’s ‘fixed price’, this typically generates more job authorisations especially as it’s a 100% win win for them..

 General Maintenance

In addition to providing general property repair and building services, many of our Fixerly franchisees offer maintenance contracts. Commercial clients are certainly keen to use this service with the knowledge that it is you, the local franchisee, dealing ‘DIRECT with the tradesperson/handyman', this really is a big plus + to your clients.

Upon speaking with your 'LEAD' regardless over the phone or in person, as a true deal maker, you can inform the lead that their required project is to large for your company and needs more special skills than you currently offer. The lead upon you asking them, shall you make formal introductions to a local larger specialist will no doubt be ever so greatful.


You would not be expected to charge your LEAD any commission % for this introduction because the third party that you introduce to the lead would pay you this. For example during the running of your own smaller job / repairs business, you will come across larger specialists, for example dedicated kitchen fitters, bathroom installation experts, electrical wiring professionals and so on. Hold formal meetings with these entities in advance and agree in writing a commission % structure suitable for both parties.


Previous used commission % introducer fees recommended guide, range from 4% to 6.5%
